How long will it take to get my order?


We try our best to process orders within 3-7 business days. Once completed, you’ll get a shipping confirmation and you’ll be able to track your order’s journey to you.

Orders within Ontario usually arrive between 1-3 business days, orders shipping outside our home province can take anywhere from 2-7 business days to get to you. For rural and remote areas, it could take up to 13 business days to arrive, so please keep that in mind when placing your order.


Do you ship internationally?

We currently don't ship outside of Canada + USA.

 

Help! I received a tracking number and it's not working!

Once orders are processed for shipment, it can take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update. If your package is in transit and the tracking information has not been updated in over a week, please contact us.

 

I made multiple orders - can I ship these together?

Due to high volume, we can only process orders as they are received. We unfortunately cannot combine shipping on orders placed separately.

 

I missed out on an amazing promo, can you apply this to my order? 

Unfortunately we can’t apply past promotions onto new orders. Sign up for our mailing list at the bottom of the page to be the first to know about upcoming promotions and events.
